Dear Mr. Dillon:

 

While it has been years since our last exchange, I again find myself the victim of corruption on the part of an officer of the court. You will find the issue documented both in the enclosed letter to Mr. J. Barrington Jackson, who is a Deputy Village Attorney in Hempstead, and on a web site that I have opened to track this case at http://ebionite.com/hempstead.html . The case involves the deliberate lying for the express purpose of denying the rights of a defendant, which has led to the fraudulent issuance of an arrest warrant. Moreover, equal protection under the law requires that all people be treated the same and if one person who pleaded Not Guilty was required to appear on the return date of the Summons, then ALL people who pleaded Not Guilty would have this same requirement. That this is not the case is because Mr. Jackson has instituted different requirements in this case in order to circumvent and work outside the law.

While I understand that you are a busy man, the answer is not to simply ignore the corruption and cooperate with the predator deputy attorney. As a spiritual man and religious leader, this would amount to accommodating and being complacent with the evil that victimizes an unsuspecting public who deserve better treatment. As a spiritual man, to be complacent with evil is a sin. From a spiritual perspective, it would be far better to notify the proper authorities, the news media, and even risk arrest and imprisonment, than to be complacent with evil. In accordance with my own spiritual experiences as a recognized Mystic (see http://iMystic.org ), the Most High has an accounting of all thoughts and deeds of men and those who hold positions of authority in this world, are held to a much higher standard than the common people. So by not being complacent to Mr. Barringtons evil, and placing the matter in yours and other government officials hands, I am merely acting as a vessel/messenger that each of you will be held accountable for your actions in this matter when you are called to the Court of Higher Judgment. As a man who is himself a religious Roman Catholic, I am sure you understand of what I speak.

 

While I am addressing this issue to you, I am also copying this and the attached letter to all the court and government officials listed i.e., certified mail. Based upon my 25 years experience with a corrupt judicial system as I have begun to document at the above web site, I am well acquainted with the pass the buck and look the other way when officers of the court engage in corrupt practices that victimize the public. So after I document the complacency of government in New York to judicial corruption, then I will start on getting news media attention as when I was the focus of that television and news story on the altered certified court minutes a few years ago. As the spiritual leader of the world-wide Ebionite/Nazirene Restoration movement, I affirm the biblical position that those who have dealings with a secular court are from a religious perspective an utter failure! (see http://ebionite.com/JudicialCorruption.html ). I believe that Mr. J. Barrington Jackson is an example of why the Bible condemns those who go to a secular court, and I will leave it in your hands to prove me wrong with respect to my position that government court and law enforcement officials will turn a blind eye to corruption when it is presented to them. If, on the other hand, you want me to come to the District Attorneys Office and speak with one of your attorneys about the prosecution of Mr. Jackson, I would be glad to meet with you. In the mean time, this will be the first of many mailings to whole groups of people and all mailings will be put on line.
